The Construction Loan Process

Once we have received your loan application and all of the required documentation described on the previous pages a Construction Loan Specialist and Processor will verify all of the submitted information. In addition, they will keep track of the appraisal and any other needed information from the other parties involved in your transaction; this will include title companies.

When your loan is submitted it will be sent to the underwriting department for approval. Once approval confirmation has been received your Construction Loan Specialist will contact you to select a construction loan program that is right for you as well as lock in your construction loan rate.
